Opt for our cost-effective polyjacking technology to avoid expensive replacements and temporary fixes, providing a long-lasting solution for your concrete leveling needs.
Employing polyurethane foam for leveling garage floors yields a host of compelling benefits. This advanced material, renowned for its lightweight and durable characteristics, offers a precise and efficient solution for addressing uneven concrete surfaces. The process involves injecting the foam beneath the concrete, ensuring a controlled lift that corrects sinking and levels the garage floor incrementally. Unlike traditional methods, polyurethane foam minimizes disruption during application, providing a quick and convenient solution with less downtime. Its longevity and resistance to moisture make it an ideal choice for garage environments, ensuring a lasting fix for structural issues. The foam's ability to support and stabilize the lifted concrete not only ensures a leveled garage floor but also enhances overall safety by eliminating tripping hazards. Opting for polyurethane foam for garage floor leveling translates into a reliable, durable, and efficient solution.
Our two-part polyurethane foam is injected through 5/8" holes drilled through your concrete slab. At this point, the polyurethane is a two-part liquid which easily flows and seeks out voids, much like water seeking the path of least resistance.
After 10-15 seconds, the polyurethane mixture starts to expand. This expansion fills any voids, drives out moisture, and compacts the remaining base. Once the area is stabilized, our technician strategically continues to inject polyurethane until your concrete is lifted back to its original position.
Holes are patched, the work is tidied, and your concrete is ready to drive on within 20 minutes!

FAQ
Absolutely, foamjacking provides a long-lasting solution for concrete lifting and leveling. Our foam is impervious to water, chemicals, insects, rodents or erosion and as long as the substrate continues to perform the polyurethane will last indeönitely. Our estimator and technician will make suggestions as to how to maintain your repair as well as the other concrete surfaces around your home.
Yes, polyurethane foam used for concrete lifting is eco-friendly and safe for both humans and the environment. It is non-toxic and free from harmful substances, making it a responsible choice for concrete leveling.
While foamjacking is highly effective for most concrete leveling needs, there may be instances where extensive structural damage or irreparable concrete requires alternative solutions. In such cases, we will assess and recommend the best course of action.
The foam is very strong and has a rating of 75-80 PSI. Meaning a cubic inch of foam can hold up 75-80 lbs of weight. But it’s really the expansion process that lifts the concrete. The high PSI ensures the lift will last. Even the heaviest load is no match for our high-density foam.
With over 1500 jobs under our technicians’ belts, there’s no need to worry about over-lifting. In addition, the injection process is done slowly and methodically. A few inches of lift can take several minutes and numerous injections. Each injection takes only 10-15 seconds to fully expand and additional injections are made in 20-25 second intervals allowing time for maximum expansion before the next injection is made. In other words, the foam is injected slowly and methodically to avoid an over lift.
Your repair will typically take anywhere from a few hours to a day, depending of course on the amount of concrete being repaired. Your concrete is ready to use again as soon as our team drives away!
No. Our truck and trailer is parked in the street or your driveway and a light weight, exible hose is pulled to the affected area where the lift is needed. The foam is applied through holes drilled in the surface of the concrete and not from the side, so none of your landscaping is disturbed in the process.
Foamjacking offers several advantages over mudjacking for concrete lifting and leveling, but these are the top 3 reasons:
1) Polyurethane Foam is Longer Lasting: Our foam is impervious to water and erosion, and will not deteriorate over time. Limestone slurry can be susceptible to erosion and deterioration over time when exposed to water and weather conditions.
2) Strength and Lightweight Nature of Polyurethane Foam: Polyurethane foam used in foam lifting is lightweight yet incredibly strong. In contrast, limestone slurry is heavy, adding additional weight to an already compromised base.
3) Precision and Control: Polyurethane foam lifting offers precise and controlled lifting due to its expansive properties. Foam injection can be carefully controlled, allowing for accurate leveling adjustments and minimizing the risk of over-lifting. Limestone slurry, on the other hand, might not provide the same level of precision, potentially resulting in uneven lifting or further damage, especially around pools and slabs pinned next to your foundation.
No, foamjacking is a relatively quiet and non-disruptive process compared to some other construction activities. We prioritize minimizing any inconveniences for our customers and their neighbors during the concrete lifting process.
